As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Private Advertiser, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire payroll cycle, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits administration. You’ll work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with local labor laws. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 2,500,000 - Rp 2,700,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the full payroll cycle, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and tax laws.
- Process and distribute employee payments accurately and on time.
- Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Provide payroll-related support and guidance to employees.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
