As a DC System Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our team to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our warehouse management systems, including but not limited to inventory control, order processing, and warehouse automation. You will work with a variety of software tools such as SAP, Oracle, and custom-built systems to ensure our operations are running at peak efficiency. This is a project-based role that will last for one year, providing you with a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our warehouse management systems, including inventory control, order processing, and warehouse automation.
• Work with a variety of software tools such as SAP, Oracle, and custom-built systems to ensure our operations are running at peak efficiency.
• Provide technical support to our warehouse staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our warehouse management systems with other business processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in warehouse management, and implement new solutions as needed.
• Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to ensure our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide training and support to new warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management systems, with a strong understanding of SAP and Oracle.
• Experience with warehouse automation and robotics is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with warehouse management best practices and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Certification in warehouse management systems is a plus.
