Every day, you'll be out in the field or in our office, using your surveying skills to map out land, set out construction lines, and ensure our projects stay on track. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to deliver accurate and reliable survey data. With training and mentorship from experienced professionals, you'll develop the expertise to handle complex surveying tasks independently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform land surveys using GPS and total stations to collect accurate data.
• Create detailed survey plans and maps using AutoCAD and other surveying software.
• Set out construction lines and boundaries to ensure projects are built to specifications.
• Conduct boundary and title searches to verify land ownership and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of construction drawings and reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve surveying issues and ensure project timelines are met.
• Participate in site inspections and quality control checks.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in land surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying software (e.g., Trimble Business Center, SurvCE).
• Familiarity with GPS and total station equipment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian land laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Indonesian IDP (Indonesia Professional Surveyor) certification is a plus.
