📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Siloam Hospitals in Bangka Belitung, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational excellence and enhance service quality.
• Lead and manage a team of operations and services professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare services.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in healthcare operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Represent Siloam Hospitals Group at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations and services, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Certified in healthcare operations or a related certification, such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified in Healthcare Executive Leadership (CHEL).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in healthcare operations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
