• Oversee the daily operations of food service outlets in North Mindanao, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of 15-20 employees, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient procurement processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Ensure that all outlets are well-stocked and that staff are adequately trained and motivated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food operations management, preferably in a multi-location environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
