📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Train and mentor bar staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper alcohol handling and storage.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests, aligning with the bar's theme and events.
• Monitor sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other service departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation, with the ability to train and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in using POS systems such as Square, Clover, or similar.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including alcohol service laws.
