📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.,Plan and execute promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
