Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute sales programs that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective program implementation and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders to align sales programs with overall business strategy.
  • Monitor program performance and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during program execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales program management.
  • Contribute to the development of sales training and enablement programs.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales program management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing sales programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
