📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the sales database and CRM system.
  • Support the sales team in preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of sales-related projects.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales-related activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
