📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and execution of training programs.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,English language proficiency is a plus.
