📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
