As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that we receive the best quality products at the most competitive prices. This role is crucial to maintaining our supply chain efficiency and supporting our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to meet our business needs.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Track and analyze purchasing data to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Handle supplier invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.,Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of supply chain management principles.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
