📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Master the art of handpull noodles, known as "La Mian," ensuring each noodle meets our high standards of quality and authenticity.
• Work closely with our team of chefs to develop and refine our noodle recipes, incorporating traditional Balinese techniques and modern culinary innovations.
• Maintain and clean all equipment and tools used in the noodle-making process, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.
• Prepare and portion noodles according to customer orders, ensuring they are served at the perfect temperature and with the highest level of care.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that our noodle dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards, contributing to the overall dining experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards, to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and team members.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the art of handpull noodles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in noodle-making or a related field.
• Proven expertise in the art of handpull noodles, known as "La Mian," with a deep understanding of traditional Balinese techniques and modern culinary innovations.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and quality in the kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
