📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead and mentor junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Conduct tax planning and compliance audits for clients, identifying opportunities for tax optimization.,Prepare and present tax reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and management.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.,Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless tax services for clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with tax software and tools is a plus.,Leadership and mentoring experience is highly desirable.
