🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce strategy, HR analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading complex HR projects and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and other relevant tools.
• Certifications in HR analytics, workforce planning, or related fields are a plus.
