📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menu items and recipes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment is a plus.
