📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.,Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.,Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies are cutting-edge.,Lead a team of digital marketing specialists and provide guidance and mentorship.,Create compelling content for our digital channels, including blogs, videos, and social media posts.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and leadership abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certified, HubSpot Inbound Certified) are a plus.
