LUMEN Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Butler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, front desk services, and dining services.,Ensure that all hotel staff are properly trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Monitor and report on hotel performance metrics to ensure we meet our targets.,Lead and mentor junior staff members to help them develop their skills and careers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).
