📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the provision of direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patients' vital signs.,Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,Willingness to work in a remote and rural area.
