📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development strategies.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
