📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with international partners to ensure smooth trade operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to both domestic and international clients.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of export shipments.
- Monitor and update trade compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.
- Assist in the organization and management of trade shows and exhibitions.
- Support the sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export administration or customer service.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Experience with trade management software such as SAP or similar systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
