📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with table set-ups and clean-up to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Promote our menu items and specials to enhance guest dining experiences.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to deliver consistent quality in service.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
• Valid food handling certificate.
