📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax documents.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
