📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Field Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.,Visit and meet potential customers to understand their needs and present our products.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products effectively.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Field Sales Manager.,Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.,Participate in company events and activities to strengthen team cohesion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.,Driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
