📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing their concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and document findings to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
