Diamond Base Jaya is seeking a motivated and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees by conducting interviews and training new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training and development role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
