📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.,Qualify leads and provide information about our offerings.,Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.,Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stay updated with industry trends and market changes.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English, both spoken and written.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
