Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing sponsorship strategies that align with our retail and event objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sponsorship coordination, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong partnerships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to enhance our retail and event offerings.,Identify and cultivate potential sponsorship opportunities with local and national brands.,Manage and maintain relationships with current sponsors to ensure their satisfaction and engagement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsored events and promotions.,Monitor and report on sponsorship performance metrics to track ROI and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring they meet the expectations of sponsors and attendees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sponsorship and event management.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align sponsorship efforts with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sponsorship coordination, retail marketing, or event management.,Strong understanding of retail and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving results.,Familiarity with the retail and event industry in Indonesia is a plus.
