Manage and oversee the delivery of connectivity solutions to global hospitality clients,Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention,Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance the quality of our services,Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Provide technical guidance and support to our field engineers and technical teams,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our solutions into our clients' operations,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as telecommunications, network engineering, or a related discipline,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or hospitality industry,Strong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with global hospitality connectivity solutions and industry standards,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
