Crown Crystal Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista/Cashier to join our team. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. As a Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages to customers.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including coffee equipment and supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
