You will work closely with the production team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor production targets and ensure that they are met or exceeded.,Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards.,Coach and mentor production team members to improve their skills and performance.,Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is safe and hazard-free.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure that all production needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and quality control software.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites as needed.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
