QUILL Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. As a Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.,Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients, in collaboration with the medical team.,Coordinate and supervise the work of the nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records.,Monitor patient progress and report any changes in health status to the medical team.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement in patient care.,Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or equivalent role in a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH).,Experience in managing and coordinating nursing staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.
