As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashiering operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Monitor cash handling and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Promote the restaurant's menu and specials to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and basic English.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Certification in cash handling and customer service is a plus.
