PT Pertiwi Mitra is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote duties.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and deter unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of facilities, equipment, and vehicles.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and respond to security incidents as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date security records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security of the organization.,Provide security support during events and emergencies, as required.,Conduct security awareness training for employees.,Work with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations or a related field.,Knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Familiarity with security technology and equipment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance or willingness to obtain one.,Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.,Experience with security software and systems is a plus.
