📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Head Bartender in managing bar operations and ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
  • Preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
  • Recommending and suggesting new drink recipes to enhance the menu.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID.
