📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and negotiate commercial contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure all financial transactions are compliant with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with legal and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent the company at client meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international construction regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
