📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium or commercial building, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address and resolve any issues promptly.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collections, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain the building's infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and tenants.
• Organize and manage building events and amenities, such as pools, gyms, and community spaces.
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on condominium or commercial buildings.
• Valid MCST (Management of Condominium and Strata Titles) certification.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, safety standards, and maintenance protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with property management software, such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
