📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer traffic, and employee productivity.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement store improvement initiatives and strategies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to company standards.,Manage the store's budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and meetings.
